I think a few of you lads are getting offtake confused with finance.
The way I read it, the offtake partners will provide a 'soft loan' facility if the project hits troubled waters.
The devil is in the detail of the commercial terms which ofcourse hasn't been disclosed.
The project itself will rely on debt and equity. The topic of debt/equity has been done to death but suffice to say the end result will be to a degree dependent on the commercial terms of the offtake.
In a nutshell, it's a step forward.
