- Have been burned once with CRS and not about to be burnt again by giving a solicitor my credit card details – The $550 is just for starters – if they got a judgement in favour of the shareholders they can charge what ever they choose – it is possible your legal fees could be greater than any potential judgement.

I did feel like I had been misled by CRS management – I think we were victims of extraordinary incompetence combined with an equal dose of maybe misleading information/ignorance or whatever you might call it. Whatever it was the company should never have failed.
My comments refer to previous management and not Kiernan and crew.

I still can’t understand why the administrators don’t give the shareholders some respect by informing us a little better. A company that the MD said would relist – has just disappeared.

I personally think one would have to be very optimistic to ever expect any return – but ......

I don’t agree entirely with Albie – but I do accept that we are in the game and we enjoy our profits and must equally accept our losses.
In spite of assurances from CRS staff I knew they were in deep trouble – I told friends and family to sell after last Sept quarterly – and they did.
Stupidly I held myself – I saw so much potential – that and an emotional attachment – distorted my judgement.
