    This simply means that the person that is ceasing to be a substantial holder only sold enough that they no longer become a substantial holder, right?

    Doesn't imply that they've sold everything?

    Because 20M+ volume wasn't passed on the 01/06 - however it does explain the 4.6c->4c sell off.
