My information is and I hope it is correct: “If and when any return of any funds from the Liquidators, Bentleys, the decision will be to return proceeds to the rightful owners, people who were the subject of the loss, the original investors in MFS who were unit holders prior to January, 2008. Should any attempt be made to do otherwise will result in some form of challenge. ASIC have expressed their view previously and unit holders may well find some comfort in their support.”
