re: shareholders action cy7 cy7 - whilst I agree with you that management should've have been more respectful & transparent to shareholders, they weren't really involved in any corrupt activities - unfortunately you'll find this kind of practice in dishonesty by directors rife in a lot of companies - they do it to save their backside without any consideration for their shareholders.

re class action, I'm sure you'll find you don't necessarily need to pay a fee to be entiled to compensation if a claim is proved - hopefully someone from a Law background might be able to shed some light here!!

Re comments by MD for Re-Listing - it was our friends Mitsui who destabilized the whole process by walking away the last minute and left Kiernan with no option but to ship the company to the Adninistrators.

Like you, I certainly won't be adding another $550 on top of my large loss.
