It is obvious that formal DOC will be by definition a trigger for various activities, and the most important one would be gov't compliance. This they would not do until everything is set to go, and I can understand why the length of time it's taking. FAR's unofficial version of the DOC would be just as good as the official DOC, except it would be only for the benefit of the financial market and would serve as a boost to our moral, a improved chance of TO and hopefully increase the SP.
With regards to drilling DJ, FAR never said that they are going to do it alone. I think it would be suicide to drill any exploration alone. Even the big boys don't do it that way. Besides, with 75%, you should be able to get a free carry and still have plenty left, so why take the risk?
For those who are in CVN as well, I think the CVN SP will overtake that of FAR's very soon.
Going back 6 months, I had hopes of FAR going ahead of CVN and then doing a swap; but now, it looks it's going to be the other way around.
