The AEE announcement and todays update have confirmed that the company are on track with progressing manufacturing and distribution channels.

Talking with a few drone suppliers in Singapore and Malaysia recently, AEE is certainly a well regarded company and even have no issues replacing defective items that slip through quality control. The thing is, AEE have a good reputation with resellers.

Setting up distribution channels is not an easy task to accomplish in a short period of time, and I think the company have done well there. I am not surprised that some posters could not find much on the resellers. It is quite a normal practice to establish holding companies which act as conduits to bigger better things. Many a millionaire in Asia has a $100k company which acts on behalf of their other 20 or so companies which generate millions. Take a look at Mitsubishi for example and you will uncover more than 100 companies under their flag, many of which are not listed.

As for the 150k to 200k anticipated sales projected, I know from personal experience, such projections are made based on real evidence garnished from discussions, meetings and budgetary allocations disclosed within the parities in talks. A shop doesn't just decide to open on any footpath without first checking the footfall count. Those that do open on guestimated sales figures, soon close.

Ian duffell is well regarded in the commercial world and understands the metrics of floor spacing, branding, footfall, logistics in inventory movement and supply, pre-orders and the list goes on. Those with scathing remarks don't understand the nature of international business.

The sp will gyrate up and down with the news but there is money to be made on this stock both in the short term cycles and in the long term as the company proves itself. I am trading 50% and holding 50% because I see merit in both. Expect good things with this stock.
