Airiline industry is knackered.
Tourisim is knackered.
IT industry - product supply is knackered at present
until fortune 500 co's spend, feading middle cos, then
smaller co's down to consumers!
There is a massive defecit in pension funds uk
80Billion pound +
Re-insurers struggling, I read one is raising money to
pay pensions. Hello???
And property prices are starting to fall in the UK, will
start happening here too.

sorry for pesermistic attitude as I'm a Bull that now
owns no shares, no property and has 100% in cash
until there is a glimmer of hope that the economy
will get better.

ON AMP, sure it's splitting it loss making UK division.
But if people keep getting retrenched, then they get
less super to manage and less money is available for
them to manage! I'm sure when they were $18 and fell
to $15 people thought good investment, now below
$5. not so good hey!. if the economy can pickup.
ie where are the signs at present???? then they will
be worth twice there current price. but if the economy
continues to weaken then, there current price is
expensive.

I work in a sector that when things start getting good
big business increases spending, they are still reducing
spending in the area at present and my gut feeling is
as I've been in this industry 10 years plus is the next
12 months may be worse than the 12 months gone bye.

be carefull with the market at present until the
economy turns around! Protect your capital!!!
4-5% cash rates are pretty good in the current
enviroment for defence against capital loss..
