This one is simple. It allows BB and crew to CR to instos etc. They will want a bit as I believe they know what's at root lake and want the cash ready to go. Not sure of final amount but they will also need a few mill to drill etc.
I suspect it will be a biggish raise, somewhere around 5 million but will set it up for a run to the teens.
