Being strongly controlled by my guess black rock or a subsidiary or partner of them or similar

Reason 1 is averaging down ( don't forget what these guys paid for shares) they have the power and control to easily average down without changing the % of holdings

Reason 2 accumulating more shares at the lowest possible value

Reason 3 and my most likely scenario is working in conjunction with a buyer to control price down so a low takeover offer seems reasonable ( Many here would take 12-15 cents and run at these levels ) but would you take 12-15 cents if our price was 10-11 cents
