I appreciate that he came on HC to answer questions but he didn't explicitly specifically address my questions. I can only assume that his answers imply that he is referring to the pilot plant only wrt to a binding construction contract and related capital details etc. This would make sense given that the pilot scale operation will take at least two years to complete.
