    Why do you buy when price goes down? ( unless your a shorter)
    I only buy into new highs. As a rule..

    To many people try to buy around support levels. The odds are not good compared to new highs when entering a stock.

    If price can close above 025 today I think we will get higher highs soon.
    Buy into the market not against it.
