Divan is already out there, the JV with TV2 launch is what we're waiting for. As with many companies things don't always happen on time. I've not seen why a delay but could be any number of reasons on either side. Can't expect an announcement with everything that doesn't happen on time. An email to the company is the best way to answer any concerns if you're looking to invest, that way you get it from the source for certainty.
