Leah - I agree with the 'patience' but I beg to differ on "these sorts of good-but-not-amazing ANNS".

What was not 'amazing' about today's announcement? The late sell-off in no way diminishes, imo, its 'amazingness'. Sometimes markets are not well informed enough to really understand what is going on.

On 25 May Xped announced:

"Xped is now delighted to announce that it has just completed successful porting of its ADRC gateway services using an Advantech Embedded IoT Gateway running Linux. The next step requires testing the ADRC services against Intel® Moon Island gateway platform on the same Advantech hardware. Moon Island provides state of the art cloud connectivity, security and management services to an IoT gateway".

Today, the successful porting of ADRC on Moon Island was announced.

In other words - subject to verification by Intel's Home Automation engineers - ADRC has demonstrated its capacity to be part of an IoT end-to-end solution i.e:

Device browser - Gateway - Cloud

And, I might add, one of the leading end-to-end solutions in the market today.

Three developments to get excited about with just this project:

1. Verification of successful porting by Intel engineers

2. Engagement meetings with Intel partners and customers and other OEM's

3. Depending on those meetings, orders of ADRC-enabled Intel Gateways

I think it is a mistake to ignore the value of what you have at hand for some imagined 'big' announcement in the future.

THIS IS IT!

And Telink not far behind

Hopefully the 2 MOU's will come through soon with companies of the calibre of GE and Qualcomm.

Then we will have 4 'biggies' - not 'just' two.

But lets not be 'cargo cultish' about it. We are likely to have to go through the same evolutionary process we are going through with Intel. But for the patient, the rewards could be amazing.
