Block 6 is does not sit atop L259 and is located 2 km downstream of it. Block 6 is alluvial. Also you cannot accurately correlate the alluvial or eluvial (Block 8) sources to the host kimberlite. Alluvials tend to concentrate the diamonds (as they are heavier) and eluvials can be diluted by overburden and other sediments.
The upcoming delineation drilling will target the location and depth of the pyroclastic kimberlite which they will bulk sample. As first priority, bulk sampling and processing at the DMS plant will determine if the kimberlite is diamondiferous. Further large volumes of bulk sampling will determine if the kimberlite is economic.
