I bought Dooley Coles brand pink Salmon. I'm a 100% sure it was really ALLY Pink Salmon, just a different label.

I'll be going fishing/crabbing soon (see my profile), but as I was nice to them, and Holly loves Dooley,

have become casual friends with them. Make them a Blackberry cake/pie every now and again. Give them lemons,

and get heaps of fish in return. Wasn't a contrived plan, but the guy wouldn't let me go without taking fish,

and I'm sure he was offended, when I said I couldn't take any more, as NO ROOM for them.

Just ate 1/2 of one fillet, coated in rice flour, cooked crispy skin, and basted with the butter as it cooked. Dee-lish-us !!

Dooley reckons it was alright too.
