    It's like everything zer0, there are always good/nice and not so nice people wherever you go.
    In their defence, I imagine/know property managers would have to deal with some mongrel tenants, so I guess they become "hardened" after a while. No excuse to treat everyone the same though.
    For the record, we have ditched a property manager to keep a good tenant before, so I sort of know where you're coming from.
    I hate to say it, but I think the more you get your back up - the worse they will probably treat you. Best to just let them do what they have to do in the shortest time possible, then they can leave.

    We will get the same pics each inspection until we deal with the maintenance.
    New pics with each new maintenance problem and there are always plenty of problems.
    (par for the course when you buy older properties).

    No, sorry - but I have been keeping half an eye on the prices down Mandurah way. Getting cheaper
