Never mind I think I found the reason in the blue ocean report quote indicating the chinese offtakes are of little value if they can get RoW
"Magnis also has historical MOUs in place with two Chinese customers in relation to offtake
(Sinoma & Sinosteel Liaoning), although we expect these agreements to be superseded by firmofftake agreements with North America, European, Japanese or Korean customers." Thanks for the insight
