Just wanted to discuss some scenario going on in my head and get feedback from you guys.

    Worst case first:

NOR is broke and needs $$ fast. Have nothing of significant value and no revenue. All their talks about Telco deals/corona customers is just that. They have to entice big instos to raise a significant amount of captial based on market cap (say 8-10 mill) putting instos in prime position to demand a share price of 2-2.5 cents. Retail shareholders get screwed big time, sending the share price to probably 1.5 cents.

Best case: A telco (VPNT or some other telco... from Saudi maybe?) as part of their white label contract want a stake in the company, and it wont really be realistic to buy on market as it will send the price shooting up before they have a chance to get their required %. It is actually pretty common with big telcos with spare cash, or NOR needs upfront $ and these companies instead of giving the money upfront for nothing do it as a capital investment instead. This will be brilliant news and would probably send the share price 8c +

Something in the middle: They have a singed contract but are out of money to do the necessary adaptations and the Telco is not willing to give an upfront cash advance, so NOR goes to the instos in a position of power and the minimum capital raising is done to get the telco contract up at running at only a fraction of a discount of the current price (3-5 mill at 3.5 cents). Probably keeps the share price in the current 3.5-5 cent trading range.

What do you guys think is the most likely?
