The problem I have is that I (recently) purchased a tech stock and found myself questioning whether I should suggest that we look into their solutions. That was a dangerous way of thinking, one that could get me into legal trouble and into a situation where I could lose my job. So when I had time that very day I sold my holdings and requested moderation on my posts. I won't purchase tech stocks again since I end up meeting a lot of ASX listed companies through conferences and industry events or just know people who work for them. Just seems like the right thing to do.
I'm passionate about tech, pretty much live tech and am happy to share what I know or experience. I have benefited from information on this forum before so happy just to give something (small) back.
