Hey JT my recllection is the same as yours , with one proviso , I drink a lot and my memory cant be trusted . Still I dont think China stopped selling to Japan except for a short time . Although when they did it certainly put it out there that the Chinese would use their dominance in rare earth production as a weapon . People forget quickly but odds on are that the scenario will repeat itself and next time it wont be tempoary , it will be game on .
