I mainly hold OEB as well and have been following the trades.
As the opps are converted there is less and less of them
Yes, the discounts are there from time to time but there are so few options being traded that there market is not fluid like the heads. I think this is what is helping to cause the discount.
IF you see a price opportunity then it may take a while for the opps to sell and the discount might have gone.
I am converting mine this week just so I own something that is more easily tradable.
