Hudo, do you know the source that passed it onto you? Is XPE leaking this to you?
It kind of smacks of the leaks that occur before the budget is handed down.
Ie info is trickled out so the punters can digest each individual bit rather than having it as an onslaught in one big announcement. Some angles are leaked that can't be said officially.

What do you reckon is going on here?

I guess it doesn't really matter where it comes from if it is all legit.
It all appears the be great news.
