That is possibly the worst attempt at a down ramp I have ever seen. One post back you said you had not done any research which is supported by your comments.
If you had done your research you would not be concerned for current holders but rather realise that they are on to something.
It's one thing to be lazy in researching a share and then hoping to be spoon fed. It's another thing entirely to have absolutely no grasp of what the offering is and trying to down ramp.
Usually I would try to educate someone who hasn't got a grasp of the offering. In this case feel it's hopeless.
