PAK another company who had a CR done by far east capital recently, announced on the 2nd june, that they are acquiring 20% of imagine im, who are currently constructing the first commercial graphene plant in australia. Last week pak shares surged to a high of over 100% for what they were on monday. Grigor is also on the board for PAK.

Is seems to me that fgr will sooner or later release an announcement stating that they will be the supplier of all the graphite that PAK and imagine im will be processing in their plant.

Fgr CR raised funds at 9c on a 1 for every 2 shares held to "spohisticated investors and high net worth individuals." As stated in their announcement. These are the type of people who dont usally loose money due to stupid decisions.

Follow the big money and Put 1 and 2 together, it looks like fgr still has a good run to do in the next few weeks.

Reasons being
1. To put them on par with other graphite plays who have surged recently in the past couple of weeks
2. The current share price is only 15% higher than what their CR was conducted at and there has not been any sell off
3. Would Grigor really want to burn bridges by raising money for a company hes on the board for, to high net individuals
