I have yet to work out how any price (be it a bid or offer) in the market can be "FAKE" Do they have some sort of hidden coding (visible to only those in the know) that says "please don't hit me as I am only pretending"?? Of course not. ANY price on the boards can be dealt and is therefore a REAL bid/offer.

Of course that doesn't mean to say some people try to bluff the market, but they can and do sometimescome horribly unstuck if someone hits their price before it can be pulled.
