I am trying to put a positive light on the lack of detail, but I wonder if within this JV there is an agreement to await the operator's final assessment before releasing anything either way ie. the operator has provided the base information for release, and partners are bound by it. Then it would simply come down to timing of each partner's release.

If that is the case (conjecture on my part), then the HDR update will be the same and we wait for the operator to provide final outcome....maybe overnight in London or tomorrow night in London.
