Clearly the MGX offer is not happening currently. with sp down to 68c that has moved AZR value from initially 26c to 22c and who would want MGX scrip which has effectively only gone done over the past 18 months.

Clearly MGX will need to revise the offer to say 1; 2.6 shares, but AZR have engaged MBL to find a suitor and l would find it difficult to believe that Chinese et al would not jump at the chance of a high quality high resource Fe supply. Even Portman should jump at it.

l hold in anticipation of something better. No doubt rumours will circulate soon...........
