No doubt the reporting has been ordinary at best ... but despite delays, lack of info and the occasional suggestion that finance etc could collapse at any moment; it does appear they have a strategy for growing the company. Anecdotal evidence suggests SOX is quite a useful system for small to medium businesses and should attract a reasonable sale price. All depends on what they've been able to get for it, and the terms of that sale I guess. If EDS business is as good as they are suggesting (hmmm) it may be worth holding for the longer term. But gotta keep watching cos it may require a quick decision either way. cheers
