Management is and has always been accountable. Do you understand corporate law and the share market? They've been accountable to everyone who holds any of the 1 Billion odd shares out there.
I'm all for more shareholder engagement and less shareholder apathy, but I'm also against vocal minority's who believe they represent a less activist majority that may be quite content with how things are going.
Just my 2c.
