The more I read the less I am happy. The JV's just do not seem to have a firm plan for the FPSO. One day it is Toif will stand alone and have its own rig. Then in another release they will tie back Tevet to FPSO. Now here is another pitch from Mr Voelte with Toif tie back to FPSO. Is it any wonder the sp's re-act as they do when the people on the ground dont seem to know what their best case senario is. God help us from such indecision
