"Region" was referring to VNPT's region - ie Asia. There are discussions in ore than Asia of course.

With so many discussions going on with so many telcos it would have been good to see one of them validate the NOR story by participating in the placement.

Was there no telco interested in taking part in the CR?

This announcement sounds like the same promises that were made months ago..

When NOR was supposedly fully funded.
