Unfortunately, no. It was a TIC book (tongue-in-cheek).
I was suggesting that the recovery back above 40c would be a so-called dead-cat-bounce before the next down-leg to 35c. I'm actually not very versed in TA, but this retrace was about as obvious as it gets for me.
