I have no real interest in whether they stay or leave and I wouldn't be surprised either way. Scotland voted to stay in the UK despite their national identity being strongly independent (and generally anti-England) and Australia voted down a republic for sentimental reasons alone. Australia goes to great lengths to ridicule the UN and ignore its legally binding rulings, but I can't see us leaving any time soon.
Not willing to wager any more chocolate but I reckon they'll stay in.
