So , the evil prevails. And those remaining can burn their remaining shares. No market for selling (unless you dump at the outrageous bid price) and no real protection. Value is nil. And they knew this. They are just mopping up the crumbs by insulting us with this proposal and a Buy order for a lousy $25,000!! Please tell me the reason ANYONE would vote for this rape!!
