That's a bit harsh. There was a clear change in market communication policy after H1 results in Feb. That's when they hired market communications & PR firms. The proof:

22nd Feb - USA investor presentation
10th March - 2 new directors appointed
6th April - Dairy Day presentation
14th April - China Regulation Update
17th May - Strategy update presentation
14th June - Boosts leadership team
June/July - Trading update ?

I don't think you could accuse BAL management and employees of not caring...
