What is wrong with the share price? The big buyer did not get enough SPP at 0.20, and want to discourange retail investors to go into the SPP, so they can fill the rest? The big buyer can not buy large volume on the market by only paying 0.215. Does it mean the SP would not go up until the SPP is cloed on 13 July?
