re: epic energy Optimix,
When a corporation goes into liquidation, the CEO has to bear responsibilities for the failure no matter what the cause. ‘If you sleep with dogs, you get fleas’ is so true.
What about the google-gook announcements, missing his own set-timetable for announcement, releasing 3 sets of different account figures?
Dr Melrose announced the small fire in 2005 and the expected changes to the filtration system and the 2005 accounts reflected those plant incidences. The 2006 accounts reflected the changes to the plant in June and July 2006. It took Mr Williams til August before announcing it. Is this the new standard continuous disclosure shareholders should accept from Mr Williams? I think he made Dr Melrose looks good.
Cheers.
