The way I read the ann, they were not replacing Wayne, they were hiring Bert and the COO to run the international side of the business. To my eye Wayne is still in charge of the US division?

I might have the wrong end of the stick, but I'm disappointed to see the big wages being paid for international expansion now when they have only just got a bit of sales traction in the US and apparently aren't belting that market out of the park just yet.

I'm on the sidelines for the minute, I took some profits at $1.01 and am just biding my time a little to see what happens next.
