1st. I'm happy you are up 300% unfortunately for most here we are down that and more! I'd prefer you keep that news for your accountant (and mates at the pub haha) as it just makes me feel very depressed . Yes I am To frightened to leverage down especially with The credability issues of this lot.

2. Btw Not unless I missed something there was NO Settlement. Glencore bent the knee to refinancing AMI. As I believe Glencore want cash over shares and the AMI board don't want glencore to own anymore then they currently do.. So basically by bending the knee they get there cash repaid and AMI board get to keep there jobs so both parties withdrew from the proceedings before a decision was made. If it had gone to the end & a court decision made AMI would of won. Glencore would of then had 45%. AMI would of needed cash so it would of raised at 1-2cents to raise 20mil bucks and we would have a couple of billion shares.

If it had gone to a court decision I think the shareholders & Aurelia could of made a class action against Glencore. Although long term holders like myself have come out better now then if we had of made a class action as with a few billion shares on the market the share price would be $0.001 a share.

3. I did not read the deal because it's utter garbage to me, I'm aware there are milestones which must be met etc. but as I am aware the whole restructure has made the company more highly leveraged then they were before and it is centred around repaying the debt. I am pretty sure Glencore won't want millions spent on exploring if Aurelia have not started to pay back their debt earlier then they are supposed too. Does anyone know if they have?

3. I would love to see some exploration drilling as good drill results are 1 thing to get the share price moving again.

4. Although I have heard (and not at the pub) that they are drilling U/G, so shouldnt those results be getting published?
