Today's session was extremely impressive. Big key outside reversal day closing on its highs on solid volume. Something is going on here. My view is either a big special div. is going to be announced (likely to be announced with end of year results in August), or this is now a takeover target with the predator starting the buying process on market in earnest today . E.
