ELDPA holders have every right to play hardball the conditions where set when they bought the "investment"and good luck to them.A better move though maybe selling before all the notes are bought back and buying ordinary shares,i reckon one this mess is cleaned up the jump in price will be way more than $110 for existing note plus interest.
