I don't disagree but its off such a low base, that nowhere near corresponds with the companies value. I think in the last financial report they made $600K, off a revenue of ~$45M. Their's growth to be had, but that also means spending.
I didn't say vendor/carrier neutral was bad. It's just that anyone local in a position to buy are also generally carriers. Most the major overseas players seem very happy to build their own. They already have that experience and branding to build their own, why pay a premium for somebody elses?
It's $75M to get B2 to 1.5MW & $85M to get M2 to 2MW. So $160M there.
But lets not forget the fitout for more space/power/cooling is extremely capital intensive too. So there will still be significant cash spent on M1/S1/P1 too.
