Unbelievable.
This had better be towards a good JV.....a proppant JV!!! Not some random dead end battery or to gamble on loans or investments.
It was stated a JV would be 3-6 months away if you believe that anyway which I don't. So can't see what this is for. Laughable if you're not invested and infuriating if you are. Depending on details.
