looking for a purchase on the cheap but i do wonder how they can keep goodwill so high given the drop in earnings in security and telecomm -unless the goodwill in that segment is not very high!

I did like this stock enough (despite it being a mish mash) to suggest my daughter buy them, but she had the good sense to sell when they dropped just below $1 and seemed destined to head lower

could well be a ok , but leading into end of june there could well be more selling!

I would like to know a bit more about the conditions on the various earn outs also, as i did get burnt with photon years ago, and more recently cdd (not so much earnouts but overpriced acquisitions!)
