1500 hens per hec is now the standard so all the producers have to adjust.

Shortage at this time of the year. I am thinking that the next price negotiated for eggs will increase because of the shortage. I know what you are saying and I do the same thing, but I do notice that the FRM boxes are empty and haven't been taken away a lot of the time.

I would be concerned if it was an oversupply like the milk situation, but a shortage is good for holders and bad for consumers.

I don't have this as my second largest holding because it is illiquid and the price moves around a lot.

I have priced in $7.5m and I think that it is a buy at these levels. If $9+ is reported then this is particularly cheap. If $6M then it will drop.
