Interesting that when I go to the Rent.com.au website I find that in my suburb of Inglewood WA, as I look through the first three pages there are 5 Real Estate Agents who have their Logos on a rental listing. This means they are paying customers!
Interestingly if you click on their Logo it brings up all the rental listings which that agent has on the site. These are the numbers.
Blackburne Realty 80 listings
Century 21 51 listings
Professionals 43 listings
Acton 23 listings
Raine & Horne 35 listings
So they are paying to have a total of 232 rentals listed. I'm not sure what revenue this brings to RNT but it shows that some Real Estate agents are prepared to pay for the best rental site! If this becomes the go to site for renters this will only grow IMO!
