I,m surprised your surprised. "Given the company's recent acquisition was done at 5c" Wrong! 10% of price of $47k per atm x 95, was in 5c shares. You shareholders are stumping up $2mill from the companies coffers and further dilution of 57 million shares for the rest! Geez if ZMan gave me $47k for my crappy old car I,d be toooo happy to take 10% of the cheque in overpriced shares. (actually ZMan I wouldn't sell you my car. I wouldn't want to read all your posts about what a great purchase it was, and how great the future will be, and all the fantastic things coming our, sorry, your way)
