While I am not happy about the further raising, it is now evident that they will need to raise more funds, probably another million. Another MCO payment of one million is due end of September and its looking like Norton will not be in production by then, so of course the share price will be held down. Until Mantle stop raising capital and is finally self funded, I very much doubt the share price will be going North anytime soon. Even if Norton were to go into production in September, it is not enough time and Mantle will be forced to raise more funds. This is a better outcome though than the merger that was proposed at Xmas. Sure we might have a lot of dilution but this is a better outcome for shareholders than the merger would have been.
