The items you put forward were largely done by consultants paid for by money raised in you guessed it "Capital Raisings". Current Management have felt the need to pre-emptively shoot ourselve in the foot when raising capital. So the "Capital" has never been efficient and there fore by default the activities funded were not completed efficiently.
